Liver with cheese


(for 4 people)
4 liver steaks
8 bacon slices
4 slices of Bouquet cheese
4 spoonfuls of mustard


1. Smear the liver steaks, on both sides, with mustard. Wrap them with the slices of cheese and then, with the bacon slices.

2. Warm up the oven during 12 or 15 minutes and bake the previously prepared liver. Serve them newly made, jointly with mashed potatoes.
