600 g. of steaks of liver
100 g. of butter
Some white flour
50 g. of breadcrumbs
1. Beat the eggs with some salt. Flour the steaks of liver, dip in eggs and then in the breadcrumbs.
2. Melt the butter in a frying pen and fry the liver on both sides.
3. Place them in a platter and add lemon juice with some sugar and some thin slices of lemon peels.
